Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Boopilot, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refunds & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for subscription cancellations, refunds, and billing adjustments.

2. Free Trial

All new users are eligible for a 3-day free trial of our service. During the trial period:

  • No credit card is required to start the trial
  • You have full access to all features of your selected plan
  • You can cancel at any time without any charges
  • Your trial will automatically end after 3 days unless you subscribe

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • You will retain access to all features until your subscription expires
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after subscription expiry, after which it may be deleted

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, we offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment if you are not satisfied with our service. To request a refund:

  • Provide your account email and reason for the refund request
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

4.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, we offer a pro-rata refund within 30 days of your initial payment. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent future charges.

4.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial month usage after the 7-day refund period
  • Add-on services or one-time purchases
  • Subscriptions cancelled after the refund period
  • Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service

5. Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us immediately at[email protected]. We will investigate and resolve billing disputes within 10 business days.

6. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade your subscription plan:

  • The new pricing will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
  • You will retain access to higher-tier features until the current period ends
  • No partial refunds are provided for downgrades

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will review and respond within 2-3 business days
  5. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
